Zest features world-accented contemporary American cuisine by Executive Chef Hans Lentz in a
striking downtown setting. Melding the freshest local produce with ethnic flavors and modern
preparations, Chef Lentz draws on his experience working in restaurants spanning ten countries
to create original adaptations of regional favorites. A 30-bottle wine list, with 18 selections
by the glass, completes the experience.

that are sure please any pallet! The Semi Private space can accommodate 10 to 60 guests
for a seated dinner and up to 85 guests for a reception.
