Our Chicago Event Venues
The Avenue Ballroom is an elegant Chicago event space on our lobby level. The vast ballroom, which can be separated into East and West sections, has over 4,100 square feet of space, making it our third largest ballroom. The Avenue’s foyer is an ideal space for hosting guests before the main event, with charging stations and private bathrooms.
Featuring ornate French design, recalling the era of Louis XVI, this is the ideal location for a lavish wedding, or an exquisitely hosted event. Our second largest ballroom, the Renaissance Ballroom has over 4,500 square feet of event space. Natural lighting views gaze up and down Magnificent Mile. Crystal chandeliers and ornate wood carvings create a high-society feel. This elegant space can host up to 500 people.
The crown jewel of our Chicago event venues, the Grand Ballroom features an iconic elliptical shape. Over 7,700 square feet of space includes the Grand Balcony, overlooking the ballroom. A 12,000 lb Baccarat Crystal Chandelier, one of the largest in the world, hangs over the ballroom. See photos of past events at the Grand Ballroom in our gallery.
The Empire Room can host up to 400 people. Fabulous natural lighting showcases a view of Magnificent Mile. Nearly 4,000 square feet of space are yours at this venue.
Also on our lobby level, the Streeterville Room has over 1,500 square feet of Chicago meeting space. Like the Avenue Ballroom, the Streeterville Room can be divided into two East and West sections, and it also has a prefunction area. Natural lighting sets the scene for this room.
On the second floor, Center Court provides an expansive area for even hosting. At the top of the stairway in our lobby, it has excellent views of East Grand Avenue and North Michigan Avenue.
Our third floor hosts one of our most elegant venues, Camelot, a Medieval-inspired space, featuring high ceilings with wood beams and marble accents. Windows at the south end send in natural lighting, and the room has a semi-private banquet area with private washrooms.
King Arthur Court
A historic gem, King Arthur Court lends a regal feel to any event. High ceilings and natural lighting decorate the original chandeliers, murals, and wood carvings.
A Spanish-designed room with carved wood doors and bright decor. Host over 300 people in this 1,900 square foot space, beside Spanish Court, an elegant foyer with a water fountain, Spanish tiles, and ornate, iron fixtures.
A wide room with over 2,500 square feet of space, Exchange has a modern feel with high ceilings. Private restrooms lie just outside a foyer area. The room can be divided with an air-wall or left as-is, accommodating 300.
Over 1,000 square feet showcase a 32nd floor view of the city. Furnished for relaxing, the lounge can also be transformed into a boardroom or a banquet space with a wet bar.
Prime 1, 2, & 3
Our Prime meeting rooms offer a luxury space to host your event, just down the hall from Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse. Prime 1 is decorated in Michael Jordan memorabilia, while Prime 2 holds a similar amount of space in an elegant setting. Prime 1 and 2 both have 459 square feet of event space, while Prime 3 holds a slightly larger space, with 561 square feet and views of Michigan Avenue.
A bi-level space. Host boardroom meetings in the loft, and luncheons in the lower level. Natural lighting comes in from the south windows that face the Tribune Tower.
A classic boardroom setting for up to 20 people. South-facing windows shine light from the Tribune Tower. Cordova also has a prefunction foyer for buffets or luncheons.
Ohio, St. Clair, Illinois & Michigan Room
These bright meeting rooms are excellent for smaller meetings. Ohio and St. Claire can host up to 30 people, while the Illinois & Michigan rooms can host up to 40 people.
Holabird, Sullivan, & Wright Rooms
Beautiful light and decor decorate these smaller meeting rooms. At about 700 square feet, they can host up to 70 people.
Burnham & Trade Rooms
These smaller rooms can accommodate up to 50 guests for a board meeting. Burnham has 660 square feet of space, while Trade has 580 square feet.
Our Root Room can accommodate up to 35 guests and is excellent as a breakout room, with 374 square feet of space.
